Cultivate Peace for All!!!
What does it mean to cultivate peace and love for all and how do we do it?
With the rise of racism, fear, lies, corruption, greed and injustice as of late I thought it's important to focus on cultivating peace and love for all.
I won't stand for injustice or inequality. Black lives matter. Brown lives matter. We embrace our oneness regardless of color or socioeconomic status. All are welcome here and we are here to support and stand up for equal rights and justice!!! We will do whatever it takes to help raise people's vibration and help them see the light.
On the bright side, it's great to see people waking up to injustice, questioning the truth, and taking action.
It's important our action is rooted in compassion, peace, and love for all.
We must focus on raising our vibration, so that we can rule out hate, greed, ignorance, inequality, racism, and injustice.
How does one raise their vibration you ask? You must work on yourself on all levels; soul, energetic, physical, mental/emotional.
In what ways do you work on yourself?
Energetically you could get reiki, acupuncture, QiGong, Tai Chi, Yoga to name a few.
Physically you can focus on nutrition and movement, as well as self-care like massage, hot baths, grounding, physical therapy, yoga, hiking, biking, time in nature, mindfulness, nurturing yourself in anyway possible.
Mental/Emotional care can include meditation, heart math, positive affirmations, somatic therapy, talk therapy, talking to friends, binaural beats, etc...
The soul needs a spiritual practice like yoga, buddhism, religion, nature, prayer, meditation, and it helps to find your soul catalyst if you are that lucky to help you awaken!
It's also important to work on conciousness, compassion, presence, inner peace and inner knowing. I recommend reading "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. These are all states we have inside of us when we are grounded and choose to live in the present moment and embrace our conciousness and oneness.
Peaceful protests are one thing, but bringing in violence and hate only breeds more of that energy! You've heard of the law of attraction, right? Like attracts like. It's a thing and it's very real!
You see we are all created equal. We are not from here and we are all from here. Color is nothing and everything. We are all interconnected through conciousness. We are all made of billions of cells that are connected to one cell. Not all black or brown people are criminals and not all white people are racists.
